Maureen Carden
Managing Attorney
Maureen Carden graduated from Boalt Hall in 1988 and has been practicing law in Alameda County since 1990. She gained extensive experience in the probate department, representing guardians and conservators, and has also specialized in representing Social Security disability benefits claimants in administrative hearings and in District Court proceedings. She joined Legal Assistance for Seniors in 2001, representing conservatees in cases where the Court appoints counsel. Maureen became the Managing Attorney for LAS in early 2008.
