Catherine Duggan
President
Catherine Duggan, Esq. worked for United Vintners, Inc. and the American Cancer society before establishing her litigation and mediation practice in trust and estate matters. She has taught and published widely, including a paper on celtic law, and a trial court’s opinion in her favor regarding proof of undue influence was upheld in a published appellate case, David v. Hermann 129 ca 4TH 672 (2005).
Most recently, Catherine received a MA with High Honors from St. Mary’s College of California. After serving as Vice President for a year, Catherine was elected President in April 2009.
